A: I offer full sessions (family, maternity, newborn), petite sessions (shorter, simplified sessions for families or maternity), headshot sessions, seasonal mini sessions (spring and fall only), and my personal favorite—neighborhood sessions.

A: If you're hoping for a weekend or a specific season (especially fall!), the earlier the better. My calendar fills quickly during popular months. Weekday sessions have more flexibility.

A: Yes!

• Newborn sessions are always done in your home.

• Petite sessions and basic headshots are held at a designated outdoor location in Seattle that I love — I'll share details when you book.

• Standard and premium headshots, plus full family and maternity sessions, can be done somewhere that means something to you — your home, your neighborhood, or a favorite spot in the greater Seattle area. I have plenty of suggestions if you need them.

A: This only applies to outdoor sessions — newborn sessions happen rain or shine since we're inside! For everything else, I always check the weather the day before and will reach out if things look iffy. If we need to reschedule due to rain, we'll make the call the evening before your session. I build in rain dates for both mini sessions and full sessions, so we'll always have a backup plan ready.

A: Honestly? This is just part of the job and I love it. Kids will be kids — I've seen it all and I'm not fazed by any of it. I always leave space for warm-ups, wiggles, and general chaos during full, petite, and neighborhood sessions. For mini sessions we have less time, so I recommend showing up early and well-fed, but even then — we'll make it work. That's what I'm here for.

A: Yes, please! Just let me know ahead of time so I can plan for it.

A: 45–60 minutes of photo coverage at a location of your choice, a slideshow of at least 75 images, and the ability to choose your image collection after viewing the gallery.

A: In most cases, I recommend sticking to one spot so we don’t lose time to travel. But if you have two locations close together, feel free to ask!

A: Yes. All newborn sessions are done in your home so we can keep things calm, comfortable, and baby-led.

A: You'll receive a full slideshow about a week after your session. From there, you can pick the collection that works best for you.

A: Yes — every full session collection includes a print credit toward albums, prints, or wall art.

A: Petite sessions are designed for immediate family only. If you’d like to include more people, a full session is a better fit.

A: Yes—as long as we keep expectations flexible. I’ll guide things gently and work with their energy.

A: Yes! You’ll receive a gallery after your session and can upgrade to the full collection if you’d like.

A: Twice a year: spring and fall. Newsletter subscribers get first dibs, and they always book up fast.

A: Mini sessions are held on set dates and locations that I choose specifically for their seasonal beauty. I offer several different times per date!

A: Minis are short and sweet, so there isn’t time for breaks. I recommend arriving early and making sure everyone’s well-fed and ready to jump in.

A: These are full sessions done right in your own walkable neighborhood—your block, your sidewalk, your favorite tree.

A: Not the whole time, but a big part of the magic comes from walking slowly, stopping at familiar spots, and letting the session unfold naturally.

A: Absolutely. I love neighborhood maternity sessions—there's something beautiful about capturing this moment in the place you'll bring your baby home to.

A: You'll receive your slideshow within 7 business days for full, neighborhood, and petite sessions. Mini session galleries take a little longer — typically 10–14 business days. Once you choose your image collection, final edits are delivered within 3 business days of your completed invoice.

A: Yes! Every session comes with a print credit (except Full Session Collection One), and I offer beautiful, high-quality photo albums and wall art through your gallery store.
